?Abstract? The Financial lease also named Modern lease is a new kind of lease since 1950, which combines the traditional lease, transactions and the finance. It is an usual way to raise funds by raising assets. Because it has the function of finance,investment,trade and asset management,in developed countries it has become one of the five financial pillar industries together with banking, insurance, trust, securities, etc?hat?s more finance lease has become these secondary finance source only next to bank loan since its generation in American since 1952.Our country carried out finance lease since the early eighties of the twenties century, and its marketing filtration rate is far below the developed countries including U.S. and Japan. But With the increasingly prominent features in the macro and micro economy, finance lease has very wide market development Prospect and it is a real sun rise industry. Accompanied with the Prevail of finance lease, the Problem existed in the finance lease also arises, finance lease failures are in an endless stream. In our country the exist research on this subject almost concentrates on one-side analysis from its nature, but fewer comprehensive analysis research on decision-marking of all participants. Based on this, the paper given a comprehensive analysis of finance lease, considered all the participants including the lessee, the lessor, suppliers, financial institution and government regulation, deal with it as a dynamic process of negotiation, they could use their own strengths to bring good financial benefits.Consumption-type VAT policy implement in China since January 1, 2009, it is bound to generate driving force of financial leasing. Because the economic situation became more complicated, the traditional method can not adapt to Decision Analysis, this paper proposed method of bargaining from the perspective of game, and presented the dynamic decision-making process. Through comparative analysis on VAT before and after, this paper provided companies with new method under the new policy environment, also provide a reference for business decision-making, which was not only meet the requirements of the times, but also with the requirements of business practice, while more in line with the requirements of business development.This paper analyzed the decision-making problem in the finance lease from the following aspects:The first part mainly introduced the background and significance of thesis research, finance lease status in the academic research and research ideas, methods and means.The second part first introduced the basic concepts of financial leasing, proposed decision-making problems through the analysis of developing finance leases, and then analyze the impact on decision-making based on VAT transformation environment.The third part proposed the dynamic relationship model diagram of decision factors, through the decision-making analysis of various participants, made dynamic equilibrium analysis, pointed out the deficiencies of the traditional methods, then led to Game Theory.The forth part introduce the basics of the Game, then used the method of bargaining to dynamic analysis finance lease decision problem, the last analyzed the dynamic bargaining process of the participants specifically.The fifth part given an empirical analysis example, provided finance leases Game Analysis method for all participants, also provided a reference for them to achieve win-win situation.The sixth part made a summary, indicated the innovation in this paper and pointed out the shortage and prospects.
